符号化文字集合#✎

GIST shell is the "software only" solution for character based MS-DOS applications, which makes it posslible to enter, store, display and print text in Indian Languages and English simultaneously. This innocation software enables you to use off-the -shelf application such as dBase, Lotus 1-2-3 etc. in any Indian Language.
Also, as the Indian languagge data in store in PC-ISCII format, alphabetic sorting order can be maintained. You can also use GIST Shell woth custom made application too.

GIST SDK is a software development tool for Indian language applications. Thios is a set of software components that enable developers to facilitates the use of Indian scripts. Unlike other solutions, the significant features of GIST SDK is that it enable the MS Windows 95/NT application to process ISCII data directly. ISCII enable alphabetic sorting, transliteration, data exchange and reusability in a uniform manner.
GIST SDK uses ActiveX Technology from Microsoft and provides a seamless, transparent and self-conrained Indian Language layer. It is based on COM standards and can be used with any of the latest application development tool providing "OLE container" support.
