W3C DOM2 HTML は HTML 4.01 と XHTML 1.0 SE
しか相手にしていないから、 target
を使うと DOM 木が XHTML 1.1 や XHTML Basic 1.0
に適合しなくなるとかいってみたところで意味はないよ
