[5] CC/PP は、 HTTPクライアントの能力の記述によって折衝を行う手法として提案されていました。

[6] W3C勧告になりましたが、誰も使いませんでした。

[9] 2017年現在、未だに W3C勧告の一覧には現行仕様として掲載されており、形式的には現在も有効なようです。なお改訂版は2010年に開発が中止されています >>7。
