Specifies the data area for the number of milliseconds since 00:00 on 1 January 1900, which is known as absolute time. The time is taken from the system time-of-day clock, adjusted for leap seconds and to apply the local timezone offset (including daylight saving time), truncated to the millisecond, and returned as a packed decimal of length 8 bytes.
ABSTIME 値は EXEC CICS ASKTIME コマンドによって戻されますが、直近の 1/100 秒に丸められることはなくなりました。戻される絶対時刻はシステム時刻クロックで、うるう秒とローカル時間帯オフセットを考慮に入れて調整されます。さらに、ミリ秒に切り捨てられ、長さ 8 バイトのパック 10 進数として戻されます。そのため、ローカル時間帯で 1900 年 1 月 1 日の 00:00 以降のミリ秒単位の数値を表し、夏時間調整時刻用に調整されています。
ABSTIME format gives the time, in packed decimal, since 00:00 on 1 January 1900. The time is given in milliseconds, and it is always truncated, never rounded up. The FORMATTIME command can be used to change this data into other formats.
