CTAN uses an in­ter­pre­ta­tion of mark­down. It is ori­ented to­wards GFM – Github-Flavoured Mark­down. Nev­er­the­less the im­ple­men­ta­tion might dif­fer. Thus we pro­vide a def­i­ni­tion of our in­ter­pre­ta­tion in the fol­low­ing sec­tions:
