実際の[[要素]]の構造を考えて記述しろ、と言っているのでしょうか。
でもそうだとすると [[XPath 1.0]] だけでなく[[選択子]]にも当てはまることなのに、
[[選択子]]の章には注記がないことが説明できず、やっぱり意味不明です。

[104] もう1つの注記は [[XPath]] の機能が実装によって異なることを示唆していますが、
