[[HTML]] と周辺技術を扱う [[W3C]] の [[CG]] でした。

[11] [TIME[1997年4月][1997-04]]に設立され、
[TIME[2013年11月][2013-11]]の廃止まで [[W3C]] の関係 [[WG]]
間の調整を行っていました [SRC[>>8]]。ほとんどの期間の議事は非公開で、
内情は不明です。
