[1] [[WinXP]] Visual Style の使用の可否を指定する [[HTTP]] [[実体頭欄]]
([[M$]] 用語では[[応答頭欄]]) です。 [[WinIE]] 6.0+ で Windoze XP
で、かつ Visual Style が有効な場合にのみ適用されます。
[[HTML]] の [[meta]] 要素を使って指定します。

適用される場合には、 [[button]] 要素や [[input]] 要素などが
Windoze XP Visual Style で表示されます。そうでない場合は
Classic Windoze Style (Classic といっても [[Win95]] [[GUI]]
になってからだよなあ。) が適用されます。

[2] 値は [CODE(HTTP)[yes]] 又は [CODE(HTTP)[no]] で、既定値は [CODE(HTTP)[yes]]
です。大文字・小文字は区別しません。

周りに [[WSP]] の入った [CODE(HTTP)[  no  ]] のような値は認識しません。
読点区切りでの列挙は使えません。 [[meta]] 要素が複数指定された場合は最初のものが使われます。

[3] [[M$DN]] の reference でも HTTP 応答頭欄に分類されている
(<http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/dhtml/reference/properties/httpequiv.asp>)
にも関わらず、 [[HTTP]] [[頭欄]]に指定しても''反映されません''。

同時に追加された [[ImageToolbar:]] 欄とは違って T/F 値が使えないとか複数の
[[meta]] 要素がある時の挙動が異なるとか、流石は [[M$]]
技術だよなあと思わせる無茶苦茶振りです。
([[プロトコルの脱共有化]]と関係あるのか?)
