は、 [[WHATWG]] に対応する [[W3C]] [[CG]] です。

[16] [[WHATWG]] の[[特許ポリシー]]の不存在に関する問題の解消のために設置されたグループで、
[[WHATWG]] の仕様書を [[W3C]] [[CG]] の手続きにより出版しているだけで、
独自の活動はありません。 [[WHATWG]] 関係者の一部が [[W3C]] [[CG]]
手続きに基づき参加者となっています。
