で異なる[[起源]]の[[資源]]にアクセスするために使われていたファイルです。

歴史的には [CODE(URI)@en[[[crossdomain.xml]]]] が遥かに先でした。
しかし [[Flash]] と [[Silverlight]] 以外では採用されていません。
