[1] 実際のところ [[RFC2629]] は新しい [[RFC]]
を書くのには十分でも、過去の RFC を再現するには不十分です。

*要件
-[[XML]] と互換性のある構造木を定義する
-文書構造を主とし、原文を再現できる体裁情報も保持できるようにする
-文書構造には [[XHTML2]] の語彙を使用
-メタ情報は [[RDF]] model を使用
-2629 との互換性は考えない
-翻訳などの拡張 (別名前空間) をしやすく
-[[ABNF]] 等を別名前空間で(以下略)
