も実際似たような感じに使われてるっぽいです。
URN と [[http:]] をどう使い分けているかは謎です、
[[M$]] のことですから適当でしょう。

で識別するみたいな洒落たことをやってるみたいです。
できれば [SAMP[ms:]] とか勝手な URI
scheme でも使ってその中に完全に閉じ困ってくれればこの上ないのですが、
無理でしょうな。今後も標準名前空間を汚しつづけるのでしょう、きっと。
