picture 要素

[13] Ian Hickson は媒体要素における source 要素を使った方法は失敗だったとして picture 要素と source 要素の方法に強硬に反対していましたが、 RICG の提案する方法で Webブラウザー開発者が合意したため、 結局 HTML Standard に統合されることとなりました。 なお picture 要素における source 要素は、媒体要素の source 要素とは同名ながらも利用方法も処理モデルもまったく異なる事実上別の要素となっています。
