先行する GG が示す年の1月1日0000 UTC を基準として、それからの経過時間を日を単位として表現した値。

最小位の桁は0.864msに相当する。衛星の速度が7km/sであれば1秒の誤差で当然7kmの位置計算誤差が発生する。UTC は年2回程度のうるう秒の挿入があり得るので、その補正に注意する必要がある。
