MSCS (Macao Supplementary Character Set) は、マカオ特別行政区政府が (2003年頃から?) 制定作業中らしい符号化文字集合です。 HKSCS をもとに人名や地名の漢字を追加して特別行政区政府のシステムの文字コードを統一することを狙っているようです。

这五个字来自「澳门信息系统字符集」(Macao Information Systems Character Set,MISCS),该字符集标准除了 ISO/IEC 10646 部分以外,还有一部分称为「澳门增补字符集」(Macao Supplementary Character Set,MSCS)。
