背景の説明があんまりなくてよくわからないのだけど、
[[Frictionless Data]]
というのはソフトウェアや標準仕様などのプロジェクトで、
[[Datopian]]
と
[[Open Knowledge Foundation]]
が運営母体になっているらしい。
そして
[[Datopian]]
と
[[Open Knowledge Foundation]]
はどちらも
[[CKAN]]
の作者などのグループで、前者が営利企業、後者が非営利団体とわかれているっぽい。
そして以前
[[Open Knowledge Foundation]]
にあったプロジェクトの一部が今は
[[Frictionless Data]]
に移っているっぽい。
