[3] EAI (Email Address Internationalization) は電子メールのメール・アドレスの国際化に関する仕様です。実際にはメール・アドレスのみならず、それを記述することになるメールのヘッダー全体の国際化を含む、電子メール仕様の大改訂になっています。そのため現時点ではほとんど使われていません。
