TTML の `codecs` 引数

[4] application/ttml+xml も codecs 引数を定義しています。やはりコーデックの識別子を指定するものですが、若干構文が異なっています。

[6] 必須ではありません >>5。

[7] profile 引数と用途が重なっており、可能なら codecs 引数を使う >>5 こととされています。
