blockquote 要素, q 要素 cite 属性 (HTML, XHTML 1)

この属性の値の型は URI参照 (%URI;) です。 (SGML 的には CDATA です。)

属性値の URI 参照は、当該要素の内容の出典を示します。 IW:HTML4:"struct/text.html#adef-cite-Q" 参照。
